More than 39 Years of experience in Oil & Gas and Geothermal Industries Started to work as an Instrument Engineer for Schlumberger Kalimantan in March 1982 before moving to Field Engineer position in 1983. After completing training school in Egypt, took the first assignment in Buhasa and offshore Abu Dhabi 1984 – 1986. The next assignment was as Senior Field Engineer from 1986 to 1997 in Duri/Indonesia, then Kalimantan as Engineer in Charge for Tanjung (1987-1989), followed by Bergen-Norway (1989-1990)as Engineer in charge of Exploration well Northsea area. The next assignment was as Engineer In Charge for Land Java Operation based in Cirebon Indonesia(1990-1994), Vietnam (1994-1995) and Miri- Malaysia(1995-1996) before taking a position as Wireline logging Training Instructor in Indonesia Training Center (ITC) in Medan, Indonesia (1996-1998). The next position was as Customer Support Manager for Malaysia (1988-1989), followed by OFS Bussiness Development Manager Indonesia and Director of PT Schlumberger Geophysics Nusantara. In 2002 was promoted as Industrial Relation & Pertamina Account Director and at the same time appointed as the Commisioner of PT. Reda Pump Indonesia, then moved to in April 2004 India as Wireline Sales Manager for India Geomarket before finally took an early retirement package from Schlumberger in October 2005. From November 2005 was working as The Vice President Director for PT. Saripari, responsible for all business aspects in Drilling & Workover rigs, Land Seismic Acquisition and development of Intergrated Drilling Project Management. In June 2009 took a position as the President Director of PT Permata Drilling International, concentrating in Integrated Drilling Project Management. Since October 2009 onward, President Director for Operation PT. Permata Energy International, focusing in Integrated Project Management and Managing Director of PT. Pilar Anggaraksa. Chairman of LSP Minyak, Gas, dan Panas Bumi APMI since 2017. Chairman of Asosiasi Perusahaan Pemboran Minyak, Gas dan Panas Bumi Indonesia (APMI) since 2021.

Starting a career as a Computer Operator and Warehouse Supervisor (1996-1998) in a Multi Level Marketing company. In 1999, I entered the world of Oil & Gas by joining a Drilling & Workover contractor in Duri-Riau under the contract of PT Caltex Pacific Indonesia (PT CPI), PT Medco, Kaji - Semoga, South Sumatra, PT Pertamina Jambi, etc. HES Junior Manager (June 2007) was my last position before moving to PT Bormindo Nusantara Duri - Riau (2007-2008) as HES Superintendent. Trying to take on a new challenge as HSE Manager in an IPM Company PT Permata Drilling Internasional (2008-2011) on the Exploration project of 7 wells in West Java and also PT Plumpang Raya Anugerah as a sister company. In 2010-2011, he participated in the PT PLN Drilling project for 1 Geothermal well in Tulehu – Ambon. PT Asia Petrocom Services (2011-2014) which is also a Drilling & Workover company became the next company to gain knowledge and develop a career. Drilling and workover of Pertamina wells in the Prabumulih area - South Sumatra, VICO wells in the Mutiara area - East Kalimantan. In 2014-2016, he joined PT Binakarindo Yacoagung. Before finally deciding to join the Geothermal Company in 2017 which is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN), namely PT Geodipa Energi (Persero). Initial placement in the Dieng Unit as HSE Manager (2017- 2021) and succeeded in bringing the Dieng Unit to get a Green predicate in the PROPER assessment by the Ministry of Environment and the K3 and Environmental Award by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources in the Subroto Award. In 2021, he was assigned to join the Project Management Unit which is responsible for the construction of the Geothermal Power Plant Development (D2P2) which began with Drilling 22 geothermal wells (10 Dieng wells and 12 Patuha wells) with a capacity of 55 MW each. In the construction of the D2P2 PLTP which received loan assistance from the Asian Development Bank (ADB), he was initially trusted to lead the HSE Division as HSE & Social Safeguard Manager and received several awards from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in terms of managing the Social Community in the project environment. In 2022-2023, he was trusted to lead the Project Management Unit (PMU) as General Manager before being withdrawn to the head office as an expert staff to the President Director for Development when entering the retirement preparation period in June 2024.
